Formation of a design task
An obligatory component of the contract is the formation of a design task by a team of specialists led by the chief engineer together with the customer. Therefore, the design assignment is not only drawn up taking into account technical specifications, urban planning conditions and restrictions, but also contains the customer’s reasonable requirements for planning, architectural, engineering and technological solutions of the construction object, its main parameters, cost and organization of its construction
Development of technical and economic calculation and feasibility study
The development of a technical and economic calculation and feasibility study is based on the analysis and selection of the optimal power supply scheme, the estimated cost of construction of the facility, taking into account its individual characteristics. As part of the feasibility study, our team can analyze the existing energy consumption system of the enterprise and provide recommendations for changing the voltage class with the transition to a more reliable and cost-effective class 1. The estimated payback period for such investments is 2 years.
Creating a financial model
This stage is not mandatory, but this service can be provided by VOLTAGE GROUP at the individual request of the client. Development of project documentation
This stage involves the development of design solutions at various stages of designing a new construction or reconstruction of a facility in accordance with the design assignment.
