One of our long-standing partners in education is the Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College, with whom we have established a strong partnership over the years. A recent testament to the effectiveness of this collaboration is the integration of college student Mykhailo Chervov into the VOLTAGE Group team. He is already working on real projects, applying his knowledge and strategic thinking. His professional skills and dedication have been highly praised by the company’s leadership.

As part of SOLARWIND 2025, VOLTAGE Group took another significant step towards developing the next generation of leaders in the energy sector by signing a cooperation agreement with Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College. This agreement is not just a formality but a real tool for training future specialists who will work with us to transform Ukraine’s energy industry.

We also highly value the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with students, answering their questions and providing them with insights into Ukraine, the European Union, and the role of Ukraine’s energy system in the EU, as well as its significance for the country’s energy security. That is why student engagement is of great importance to us.

Additionally, we strive to promote careers in the energy sector, including electrical engineers and other professionals. This is part of our mission – to draw young people’s attention to critically important professions that will define Ukraine’s energy future.
