On November 19th, during a meeting organized by the Vinnytsia Business Club, CEO of Voltage Group Vitaliy Nikolaenko delivered a presentation titled “Ensuring Consumer Access to Power Supply Company Networks.” In his address, he detailed the key stages of the connection procedure, highlighting its primary technical, documentary, temporal, and communication challenges.

During the meeting, Vitaliy Nikolaenko proposed several tools to improve the current situation. Among these were the introduction of preliminary connection agreements (similar to pre-PPAs in the solar market) to secure conditions for a specified period; the enhancement of connection cost calculations based on project scale; and the development and approval of investment programs for the reconstruction of old and the construction of new power grids.
